2 Return & Refund Overview

| Non-returnable items | Gift cards, personalised items, final-sale items, and hygiene-sensitive products where the liner or seal is broken. Reason: health & safety regulations and resale restrictions. |
3 How to Start a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and SKU(s).

Receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) plus an optional prepaid-label quote.

Pack items securely; print/write the RMA on the parcel exterior.

Ship within 7 days of RMA approval and keep the tracking receipt.

We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and trigger the refund.
